This non-therapeutic Dupilumab biosimilar (same variable regions, ideal for research) binds human IL-4Rα (CD124). IL-4Rα forms type 1 (binds IL-4) or type 2 (binds IL-4/IL-13) receptors, expressed on Th2 cells, mast cells, etc. IL-4/IL-13 signaling via it regulates immune cell functions, promotes tissue repair, or causes allergic/inflammatory diseases.
